Stephanie Stasey's biography
Stephanie Stasey is a multi-award-winning expert, keynote speaker and influencer in artificial intelligence and automation, regularly ranked as one of the top AI and automation voices in Europe. She delivers keynotes that challenge assumptions and accelerate meaningful change.
She has over 15 years' experience leading AI, automation, digital transformation and change programmes for some of the UK's largest organisations, with a stubborn belief that technology programmes should be built around workers' unarticulated needs. By day she empowers organisations with agentic AI, strategy, governance and skilling. By night she builds technical communities.
After three years as a manager at Microsoft, Stephanie founded Miss AI to help companies navigate AI transformation, AI agents and robotics.
She has served as a trusted advisor to some of the world's biggest organisations, including NHS England, working on both NHS.net and the NHS App, and has supported health, FMCG, automotive and technology organisations through automation and agentic AI change.
A sought-after lecturer at top universities including UCL Computer Science and Cranfield School of Management, and an influential voice on social media, Stephanie is dedicated to shaping the conversation around AI, automation and humanity. She founded the thousands-strong UK AI User Groups community, and has a passion for helping leaders close the vector between AI ambition and realisation.
